When you request a consultation, we collect the contact, organization, property, project, timing, budget, decision-process, and consent information you choose to submit. Technical services may also process limited request data such as an IP address, browser information, and timestamps for security and delivery.
How We Use It
We use submitted information to evaluate the request, prioritize follow-up, prepare for a consultation, communicate with you, prevent abuse, improve our sales process, and maintain business records. Optional marketing messages are sent only when you select the optional follow-up consent.
Public Property And AI-Assisted Research
If you authorize property research, the submitted address and project context may be used to review public parcel, assessor, listing, mapping, or other publicly available property information. An AI-assisted research service may summarize public facts and create preliminary measurements or estimates. Those outputs are planning aids, may be incomplete, and never replace an on-site assessment or binding quote.
Service Providers And Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, email-delivery, database, security, and AI service providers solely to operate the request and sales workflow. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention And Security
We retain quote and business records for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. We use access controls, server-only credentials, signed administrator sessions, transport security, validation, rate controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may decline optional marketing follow-up, avoid sending confidential resident or tenant details, and request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable. Public-record information may remain available from its original source.
